A Christmas Tree for Rooksdown?

There will be an extraordinary meeting of the Parish Council  at 2045 on Thursday 15 November to discuss erecting a Christmas tree outside the Community Centre.  Because of safety, vandal resistance etc a suitable tree will not be cheap, so we need a special meeting to agree how much should be spent.
