Jessica Lewis Dalgarno

JJessica is a legally-trained Employee Relations Specialist, working for a large telecoms company based in Berkshire, sitting in their HR department. Before  training in the law, she worked as a policy and training manager in an education charity, and before that in a family and welfare charity.

She has lived with her husband in Rooksdown since 2019.  She has fallen in love with the area and would like to get to know, and serve, the community better. Jessica joined the council in 2020.
