Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer (RFO)

The Parish Council employs a qualified Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer (RFO) who is responsible for supporting the Council in carrying out its functions and implementing its decisions. The Clerk’s overall responsibility is to carry out the policy decisions of the Council. The Clerk is responsible for ensuring that the business of the Council runs smoothly and efficiently, is conducted in accordance with the law, and that the Council’s financial transactions are properly authorised and recorded. Tracy has worked as a Parish Clerk for 10 years, gaining experience across parish councils in both Surrey and Hampshire.
